We collect only the information needed to create, deliver and support your room tour.

Information we process
We process the email address, selected product options and property photos you submit. Stripe processes payment details; roomtour.ai does not store complete card numbers. We also receive basic technical data such as IP address, browser information and service logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
Your photos are sent to our video-generation provider, OpenRouter and its selected model provider, solely to generate the requested video. Your email is used to deliver the private download link, payment receipt and essential service communications.
Retention
Uploaded source photos are deleted after processing when possible and are automatically removed from our storage within 24 hours. Generated videos and their private download links expire 30 days after payment. Operational order records are removed from our application database after 90 days. Stripe and other processors may retain records for their own legal and compliance obligations.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for payments, OpenRouter for AI video generation and Resend for transactional email. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and security controls.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or early deletion of information we control by emailing hello@roomtour.ai. We may need to retain limited information where required by law, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
Security and international processing
We use private download tokens, signed webhooks, access controls and limited retention. Our providers may process data in several countries. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date above identifies the current version.
