These terms govern your use of roomtour.ai and each room-tour video order.

The service
roomtour.ai creates an AI-generated property video from photos and preferences you provide. Output is generated automatically and may contain visual imperfections or interpretations that differ from the source material.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your photos and generated video. You grant us and our processors a limited permission to host, process and transmit your content to provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to upload the photos and use the resulting video.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, private or harmful content, or attempt to abuse, disrupt or reverse engineer the service. We may reject or stop an order that violates these rules and may preserve evidence where legally required.
Orders and delivery
Prices and video specifications are shown before payment. Generation starts after Stripe confirms payment. Delivery times are estimates because third-party AI processing can vary. The private download is available for 30 days; you are responsible for saving your video before it expires.
AI output and marketing claims
You must review the result before publishing it. Do not use a generated video to misrepresent a property, amenities, dimensions or availability. We do not guarantee platform approval, booking performance or a perfectly accurate reconstruction of spaces not visible in the supplied photos.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and our aggregate liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
